Ordering and shipment confirmation
After you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first email is a receipt/confirmation which will arrive within minutes of submitting your order. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.
When will my order arrive?
Orders processing time is between 2-5 business days. Once an international order is shipped, it can take 10-20 business days to arrive, depending in which country you are located and the shipping method selected. Domestic delivery in 2-4 days.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address.
We offer a flat rate of $3 on all Domestic orders (Curacao). For orders over $60 local delivery is free.
We ship with international CPost.
Please be advised that international orders may be subject to custom fees and charges which is your responsibility to handle and pay for.
If your parcel is delayed or held by customs in your country you are be responsible for paying any charges, such as local import duties, in order to clear and receive the goods. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods, however caused.
What is your return policy?
Every piece of jewelry is handcrafted and unique. Every seashell or pearl used is one of kind. The jewelry piece you therefore receive may vary slightly or size to the one photographed and detailed in the description.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 21 days of the order delivery date. The returned item must be unworn and accompanied by the attached label. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment. Online orders cannot be refunded in Out of the Blue retail stores; they may however, be exchanged in Out of the Blue retail stores for merchandise or in-store credit.
